Webster - William J. Rafferty, 59,  died after an illness Tuesday, January 8 ,2013 in UMass Hospital –University  Campus Worcester .

He leaves two sisters: Mary Ellen Rafferty and  Patricia Marrier and her husband Paul.

Nephew Nicholas Marrier  all of Webster. Aunt and godmother Veronica Burke of Dudley. Several cousins and his Dart Buddies from Thompson Rd. He also leave many dear friends .

He was born in Southbridge, MA, the son of the late John E. and  Mary G (Duquette) Rafferty. He graduated from Marian Hill High school in Southbridge. He worked as a Truck Driver for 15 years at Cranston Print Works before retiring due to illness.His  funeral will be held Saturday JAN. 12, 2013  from Bartel Funeral Home & Chapel  33 Schofield Ave., Dudley, with a Mass at 10 AM in St. Louis Church, 14 Lake St., Webster.  Burial will be private at a later date in Calvary Cemetery in Dudley .   Calling hours for Bill are  Friday from 5 to 7 pm at Bartel Funeral Home & Chapel  33 Schofield Ave. Dudley Ma .Please Omit flowers donations to St. Louis School Endowment Fund, 15 Lake St., Webster, MA 01570.
